In his 36 year career in Finance, Accounting & Tax Management BBT cultivated a high level of integrity that is unrivalled in sub-Saharan Africa business landscape, ultimately developing an innate and keen intuition for financial accuracy and transparency on behalf of his employers and clients. He started his career in 1984 as a Trainee Accountant with KPMG and on completion appointed by the Govt of Ghana to serve as the Chief Inspector of Taxes for 5yrs. Unilever Ghana headhunted him for the role of Finance Manager for one of its subsidiaries, Guinness Ghana(GGBL) in 1991. His 23yrs career in Guinness Ghana took him to Nig. as a member of the Guinness Africa Audit & Risk Dept based in Nig, where he was involved in risk assessment & mitigation for Guinness Intl subsidiaries across Africa. He returned to Ghana after 2yrs to head the Procurement Dept of GGBL where he led several cost savings initiatives that delivered significant savings to the Business.

He served as the Ghana SAP project manager which on completion was Adjudged the Best Ever SAP Implementation in the Guinness Group. He finally served as Financial Controller of Guinness Ghana for six years before taking an early Retirement in 2013. In 2014 he served as the Finance Director for KASAPREKO Nigeria Ltd.

He is currently the Managing Consultant of BBT consult, a Financial Services, Accounting, Audit & Tax Consulting Firm in Accra.
